Good article, but there is a little mistake:
2010 mintages are:
200 000 pcs. Perm Region
100 000 pcs. Chechnya and Yamalo-Nenezkiy Region.
Average prices on the market:
about 2000 roubles-Perm
4500 roubles – Chechnya, 9 000 roubles – Yamal (1euro=44roubles)
It’s extremly expensive, i don’t have these coins in my collection.
Some says, that first lucky collectors bought this coins for 100-150 roubles
Chechnya and Yamal 100 000 coins each*
Ok, I’ll tell the author. Do you know why the 2010 mintages were different from the other years??
I saw at 2011 those coins for 10€ each, and I thought they were too expensive.
You had to buy these coins for 10 euros 🙂
I am just a collector, so i don’t know the real reason of this mintage decrease. But my opinion is simple: someone wanted to make a lot of money.MAny russians collect such coins just getting them as change, so this decision about 2010 mintages was very dissapointed for all.
Analogically with the «Towns of martial glory»: you cannot get 2013 coins as a change, because some «businessmen» bought all the coins and sell them for ~0,60…1,00 euro each. All the 2011-2012 coins i got from the wallet.
Of course there is no problem to buy 2010 coins if you have enough money, but i would prefer for example Monaco or Vatican 2 euros
